One of my special patients Marian at 93 is still sewing and made this beautiful dress for Ava. Sadie and our new friends we helped this Christmas came with me to have a sewing lesson and finnish the dress. It looked great on Ava. She wore it Christmas Day for church. What a special memory this will always be.
