Inspection Day - Two Weeks Until We Can Move In!

We got to walk around the house again yesterday after the inspection.  We can't believe that we are going to be able to live in such a nice home and area.  Things have worked out so well and we feel very blessed.  Melanie and I can't stop talking about what we love most about the home and area.  We love all the rooms, the kitchen, the balconies, and downstairs that will work so nice for Susan.  We love the open yard in front of the house for the kids to play, and how the splash pool is across the street.  Ian loves the basketball courts down the street plus the community center.  He walked into the bathroom at the visitors center and came out all excited telling Melanie she had to go into the Boys bathroom and take a look at the picture on the wall.  It was this picture of our home and neighborhood with the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in the background.  After the inspection we rode bikes up the hill and splashed in the splash pad for awhile in Soda Row.  Everything is so close and we love it.  

The lake is the coolest and I can't wait to take the kids on a boat ride and go fishing with them. There is so much to discover and do here at Daybreak.  We had a hard time yesterday closing the door after the inspection walk through and now having to wait two more weeks until we can move in.  We hope all goes well, of course, with the underwriting and we get to move in soon.  I took some pictures of the home before I left that I am posting here, along with others I found on the internet.  Melanie and I stayed awake looking over the pictures and just talked and talked about how fun it is going to be taking a lot of breaks living here at Daybreak Utah.
